Medications are sourced from 503A and 503B pharmacies in the U.S., adhering to strict FDA regulations, including testing and vetted raw materials used.  These pharmacies also undergo regular environmental monitoring, and provide evidence of safety and efficiency of the medication they produce to the FDA.

    After your appointment is scheduled we will email you intake information.

  • You will receive an email with paperwork to fill out at your convenience. (Make sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find the email.) Once your information is sent back we will be able to have our prescribing nurse practitioner evaluate your medical health history.

  • On the day of your appointment we will be able to answer any further questions you might have. You will speak with our nurse practitioner and establish a treatment plan, and if you qualify you may even be able to start your medication!
